REVIEW GENERATION FOR CLEANING COMPANIES
Reviews that earn the key
Hiring a cleaner means handing over a key and leaving a stranger alone in your home. People don't take that on trust — they take it on reviews. Review Generation asks every happy client for a Google review automatically, right after the clean, so your rating grows with every job you finish.

Trust is the product — reviews are the proof
Nobody chooses a cleaning company casually. It's their house, their office, their spare key. When they compare you against a franchise with 200 Google reviews, your 9 reviews raise a question your work has never deserved: can these people be trusted? The awkward truth is that delighted clients almost never leave a review unprompted — and cleaners almost never feel comfortable asking face to face.
Review Generation does the asking for you. Shortly after each clean is finished, the client gets a short message thanking them and inviting them to leave a review, with a one-tap link straight to your Google profile. Asked at the moment the house is gleaming, a big share say yes — cleaning companies typically see a 3–5x increase in review volume.
And if a client isn't happy, the flow brings that to you privately first, so you can put it right before it ever becomes a public rating.
How it works
The clean gets finished
You mark the job done — or it closes off your calendar automatically. That's the whole trigger; there's nothing for you or your team to send.
The client gets a friendly ask
While they're still enjoying a spotless kitchen, a text arrives in your company's voice with a single tap through to your Google review page.
Your rating compounds
Review by review, your profile becomes the strongest on the local search results — and unhappy feedback is routed to you privately instead.
Why cleaning companies use review generation
3–5x more reviews
The difference between hoping clients review you and reliably asking every single one. Most cleaning companies see the jump within the first month.
Answer the trust question
Dozens of recent reviews from local homeowners tell a nervous new client exactly what they need to know before handing over a key.
Win agents and offices
Letting agents and facilities managers shortlist by rating before they ever call. A strong profile gets you into conversations you're currently not in.
Climb the local results
Review count and freshness feed Google's local ranking. Every clean you finish now works a second shift as marketing.
Catch problems privately
A client who'd rate you three stars is prompted to tell you directly instead — you fix it, keep the client, and protect the rating.
Runs without you
No remembering, no awkward asks on the doorstep. We set the timing and wording with you once, and every finished clean is followed up automatically.
Review Generation FAQs
When does the review request go out?
Shortly after the clean is completed — the moment the client is standing in a freshly cleaned home and most likely to say something glowing. You can adjust the delay if you'd rather it land that evening instead.
Will my regular clients get asked after every single clean?
No — that would get annoying fast. The system is smart about frequency: regulars on weekly or fortnightly slots are only asked occasionally, while one-off deep cleans and end-of-tenancy jobs are prime moments for a request.
What happens if a client wasn't happy with the clean?
The flow invites feedback before pointing anyone at Google. An unhappy client is encouraged to contact you directly, giving you the chance to re-clean or make it right — most complaints handled quickly never become bad reviews.
Does it only work with Google reviews?
Google is the default because it's where cleaning clients actually search and compare, and where reviews influence your local ranking. Other platforms can be added if a particular one matters to your business, such as Trustpilot or Checkatrade.
Which plans include Review Generation?
All of them — Review Generation is included on every plan alongside your website, hosting, and domain email. Head to pricing to compare plans in full.
How much setup is involved on my side?
Almost none — we connect your Google profile, write the request templates in your voice, and set the timing during onboarding. Most cleaning companies are live within 48 hours of the free audit, with everything approved by you first.
