Is the website really included in my plan?
Yes. Every Resolves plan includes a professionally designed and built website, hosting, and domain email. There are no hidden costs or setup fees.
Can I use my existing domain name?
Yes. If you already own a domain, we'll connect it to your new site. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you pick and register one.
What if I already have a website?
We can either rebuild it properly or work with what you have. During your free audit, we'll look at your current site and recommend the best approach.
Can I request changes to my website?
Yes. Content updates and minor changes are included in your plan. Just let us know what you need and we'll take care of it.
How many email accounts do I get?
Starter plans include 2 domain email accounts, Growth includes 5, and Scale includes 10. All are professional addresses on your domain (e.g. info@yourbusiness.co.uk).
What happens to my website if I cancel?
If you cancel, we'll provide your website files and help you move to another host. We don't hold your site hostage.
