By using the Resolves website or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Services

Resolves provides digital services for UK trades and sole traders, including website design and build, hosting, domain email, and business automation such as missed-call text-back, booking automation, review generation, and custom workflow automation. Service availability and features vary by plan.

Plans and billing

• All plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup
• Setup, including your website build, is included in every plan at no extra cost
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation penalties
• If you cancel, we will provide your website files and offer reasonable assistance moving to another host

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when signing up
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Use the services in compliance with UK law
• Not use the services to send spam or unsolicited communications

Our responsibilities

• Deliver the services described in your chosen plan
• Provide reasonable support via the channels included in your plan
• Protect your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Give reasonable notice of any service changes

Limitation of liability

Resolves provides automation tools to assist your business operations. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our tools, missed communications due to third-party service outages, or indirect losses arising from use of our services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
