REBOOKING AUTOMATION FOR CLEANING COMPANIES
The clients who meant to rebook
The regular who paused over summer and never restarted. The landlord who loved last year's end-of-tenancy clean. The family whose carpets are due again. None of them chose a competitor — they just drifted. Rebooking Automation reaches out at the right moment and brings them back.

Your best source of new work is your old clients
Every cleaning company sits on a quiet goldmine: past clients who were perfectly happy and simply stopped booking. Life got busy, the summer holiday broke the routine, the "we should get the oven done again" thought never became a booking. Chasing them feels awkward, so nobody does — and the diary gets refilled the hard way, with strangers from ads.
Rebooking Automation does the reaching out for you. Lapsed regulars get a friendly nudge when their slot has been empty too long. One-off clients get invited back on sensible cycles — quarterly deep cleans, carpets every 9–12 months, ovens twice a year. Landlords and agents hear from you as end-of-tenancy season approaches, before they've thought about who to call.
Every message carries your name and a link to book, so coming back takes one tap. You set the cycles once during setup; from then on, past clients stop drifting and start returning.
How it works
We map your client cycles
During setup we import your client list and agree the rhythms — how long before a lapsed regular gets a nudge, and the return intervals for deep cleans, carpets, and ovens.
Invitations go out on cue
When a client hits their moment — three missed weeks, nine months since the carpets, tenancy season starting — they get a personal message from your company with a booking link.
They're back in the diary
One tap books the clean, the confirmation goes out, and their next cycle starts counting automatically. Won-back clients stay won back.
Why cleaning companies use rebooking automation
Reactivate lapsed regulars
A weekly client who drifts away takes thousands a year with them. A well-timed message brings a surprising number straight back to their old slot.
Turn one-offs into repeats
That single deep clean doesn't have to be single. Inviting the client back on a sensible cycle converts jobs into relationships.
Own the seasonal moments
End-of-tenancy season, spring deep cleans, pre-Christmas ovens — your past clients hear from you first, right when the need resurfaces.
Built-in service intervals
Carpets, upholstery, ovens, windows — anything with a natural return cycle gets its own cadence, tracked per client without a spreadsheet.
Cheaper than chasing strangers
Winning back a past client costs a text; winning a new one costs ads and quote visits. Rebooking fills the diary from the list you already own.
Set once, runs forever
We load your clients, agree the cycles, and draft the messages in your voice. After your approval it works away quietly in the background.
Rebooking Automation FAQs
How does it know when a client is due to come back?
Two ways: rhythm and interval. For regulars, it notices when a standing slot has gone quiet beyond its normal pattern. For one-off services, it counts forward from the last job — a quarterly deep clean, carpets after nine months, an oven clean after six. Both are set to your judgement during onboarding.
Won't clients find it pushy?
The opposite, in practice — most reply along the lines of "perfect timing, I kept meaning to sort this". The messages are occasional, genuinely useful, and written in your voice. Anyone who'd rather not hear from you can opt out with one word.
Can it target landlords and letting agents before tenancy season?
Yes. Past end-of-tenancy clients can be grouped and invited back ahead of the busy changeover periods, so you're booked into their plans before they start ringing round. It's one of the most profitable cycles a cleaning company can run.
What services can I set return cycles for?
Anything that naturally repeats: deep cleans, carpet and upholstery cleaning, oven cleans, window cleans, after-Airbnb turnarounds, or simply "we haven't seen you in a while". Each service gets its own interval and its own message.
Which plans include Rebooking Automation?
It comes with the Growth and Scale plans, on top of the core website, hosting, booking, and review tools. See pricing for a side-by-side of everything in each plan.
How much work is setup for me?
Very little — we handle the client import, the cycle settings, and the message drafts, and most cleaning companies are live within 48 hours of the free audit. You review and approve everything before the first message is sent.
