ONLINE BOOKING FOR CAR DETAILERS
Your diary fills itself while you polish
Detailing is an appointment trade through and through — a full-day correction, a half-day enhancement, a two-hour maintenance wash. Online Booking puts those slots where customers can actually reach them: on your website, your Google listing, and the link in your Instagram bio. They choose a package and a time, and the booking lands in your diary while you're still working the machine over someone else's bonnet.

The most bookable trade still runs on phone tag
Most trades need to see a job before they can price it. Detailing doesn't. Your services have names, prices, and durations — a maintenance wash takes a couple of hours, an enhancement detail takes a day, a multi-stage correction takes two. That structure makes detailing one of the few trades a customer could book the way they book a haircut or a restaurant table. And yet most detailers still fill their diary through a tangle of DMs, missed calls, and "what dates have you got left?" conversations that drag on for three days before anything is confirmed. Every one of those delays is another chance for the customer to cool off, shop around, or simply get bored and book with whoever made it easy.
Think about when your enquiries actually arrive. Someone finds your page at 11pm, scrolls through the before-and-afters of a swirl-corrected bonnet, and decides their own car deserves the same. Right now the best they can do is fire off a message and wait until you surface between jobs. With Online Booking, they tap the link in your bio, pick the package, see your genuine availability, and lock in a date — all before they put the phone down and go to sleep. You wake up to a confirmed job instead of a cold enquiry.
You stay in complete charge of the diary. Cap corrections at one a week, keep Saturdays for maintenance washes, build travel time between mobile visits, or block out a bay day while a fresh coating cures. The calendar only ever offers what you've allowed, so a quick valet never gets wedged into a day you'd ringfenced for a full correction, and nobody gets promised a slot you can't honour. The convenience belongs to the customer; the control stays entirely with you.
How it works
We build your menu
Your packages — washes, valets, enhancement details, corrections, coatings — go in with honest durations, your prices, and the diary rules that protect your biggest days.
Customers self-serve
From Instagram, Google, or your website, they choose a package and a real slot in your calendar. No message ping-pong, no "I'll check and get back to you".
You just turn up and detail
Each booking drops into your diary with the customer's details, a confirmation text goes out instantly, and Appointment Reminders can take over from there.
Why car detailing use online booking
Takes bookings at midnight
Detailing enquiries peak in the evening, after work and after the scroll. Your calendar accepts them at 11pm just as happily as 11am.
One link everywhere
The same booking link sits in your Instagram bio, on your Google Business Profile, and across your website — every admirer is one tap from your diary.
Big jobs stay protected
Durations and daily limits mean a full-day correction always gets its full day. Nothing squeezes in around it unless you've decided it can.
Jobs arrive pre-scoped
Customers pick from your named packages at your prices, so standard work turns up with the service, the car, and the contact details already captured.
Built for mobile rounds
Coverage areas and travel buffers keep a mobile diary realistic — you're never booked on one side of town twenty minutes after finishing on the other.
Configured around your work
We set up the packages, durations, and diary rules with you, then test the whole journey before a single customer ever sees it.
Online Booking FAQs
Can customers book straight from my Instagram?
Yes — that's where it earns its keep for detailers. Your booking link goes in your bio and can be dropped into any DM or story, so the person admiring last night's correction reel can go from the post to a confirmed slot in under a minute. The same link works from your Google Business Profile and your website, so wherever someone discovers you, the route into your diary is identical.
How do I stop a small valet blocking out a correction day?
With the rules you set. Every service gets its own duration and its own availability — you might offer maintenance washes on weekday mornings only, hold two days a week for full-day work, and cap coatings at one per week. The calendar can only offer combinations those rules allow, so a two-hour job physically can't be dropped into a day you've reserved for paint correction. And the rules aren't set in stone — many detailers open up extra wash slots in busier months, then pull them back when the correction bookings start stacking up.
What about jobs where I need to see the paint first?
Some work deserves eyes on the car before you commit to a price — a correction on ten years of swirl marks, say, or a coating over unknown previous repairs. For those, the same booking page can capture the enquiry with photos and details instead of a fixed slot, so you assess the paintwork before offering the date. Fixed-scope services stay instantly bookable; judgement jobs come to you first. You get the best of both: a diary that fills itself for the bread-and-butter work, and full control over anything that needs your expertise before it needs a date.
I'm a mobile valeter — how does it handle where I'll travel?
You define the areas you cover, and the system checks the customer's postcode before offering slots. Travel buffers between appointments are built into the diary too, so back-to-back mobile bookings always leave you time to pack the van, drive, and set up water and power at the next address. If a postcode falls outside your patch, the customer finds out politely at the first step — before they've booked a job you'd only have to phone up and cancel.
Which plans include Online Booking?
All three of them. It's part of Starter at £49/month, right through Growth and Scale, working alongside the professional website that's also included in every plan. The full side-by-side comparison lives on our pricing page.
How long before I can take my first online booking?
Most detailing businesses are taking bookings inside 48 hours of their free audit. We handle the whole setup — loading your packages and prices, wiring the link into your website, Google listing, and bio — and run test bookings with you before anything goes live, so the first real customer gets it right first time.
